The Bandits crushed the New York Titans, 19-12 at HSBC arena tonight. That mean the Buffalo Bandits won the East, and will host the NLL Championship game next Saturday night, at 7:30pm in the HSBC arena, against the Western Finalist, the Portland Lumberjax.


Next Saturday is going to be insane. I expect a sellout, and finally, another championship banner to be raised in the arena, because we all know its been a while. You guys should check it out, its a great time, tonight atmosphere was insane, fights, high scoring, everything you could want at a sports event, all for a great price too.



This is going to be a long as week. LETS GO BANDITS!!!!

Easy.

They drew 16,000 at the last home game in the regular season, and averaged 15,200 all season long.

The playoffs in the NLL are always a tough draw. First of all, you only have a week to 6 days to promote the game, because you don't know where, or if you'll be playing so you can't really adverstise it. League wide attendance is usally lower the first round, then a little bit more the second round, and a big turn out for the finals.


With all the bandwagoners in this city, once they hear theres going to be a championship game played in the HSBC, and a chance for the first title in 12 years in the arena, they'll come.

I expect lots of ads and TV time this week, and expect a sellout on Saturday.
