Jackson will fill two areas of need for the Bills: wide receiver and return man. While Jackson's size was questioned after the combine, his 4.35 40-yard dash time more than makes up for it. The Bills need a return man? Really? And Jackson's size has been questioned a hell of a lot more than "after the combine." He didn't suddenly become a 10-pound midget in February. The last thing the Bills need is another novelty receiver/return man. Roscoe Parrish fills that role fine.
