Contact Dallas about picks 22 and 28

I've been thinking more and more about this, and it's my opinion the Bills should try to send the No. 11 pick to Dallas for choices 22 and 28 in the first round. With the 22nd pick, the Bills would be able to grab someone like Hardy or Sweed in all likelihood, and then they'd have the ability to address a myriad of needs -- be it DE, CB or TE -- with the 28th choice. Any thoughts?

The 11th pick is worth 1,250 points on the value chart. Meanwhile, the 22nd and 28th picks combine for 1,340, so the Bills would need to throw in a fourth-rounder to even it out. I'd do it.

(The Bills were awarded an extra fourth thanks to the compensatory rulings, so it wouldn't kill them to surrender their original one.)

I'd offer 11 and a 5th for 22 and 28. Both teams would benifit greatly from this I believe.

Good idea C but the problem is if the Bills really want Hardy or Sweed they risk losing him picking that far back. The Bengals are heavily looking at Hardy and they pick 9 and so are the Eagles at 19. Then you have the Vikings at 17, and Bucs at 20. It's definitely a risk move.

If McFadden drops, they'll do it. I dont think there that high on Mendenhall to jump over Chicago. Detroit may tho

If they can do it, trade back up to 19 and snag Thomas. This should be doable with a 4th or so.
If somehow, by God's will, McFadden falls, Dallas would do it.

The chart I'm finding has picks 22 and 28 adding up to 1,440. Not 1,340 as Carl earlier indicated.

If this is true, we'd have to give up our 3rd rounder to make it work. Of course, in this situation we may get a 6th or 7th rounder back as well.

IMO this is the most anticipated Bills draft in recent years. This draft is stocked with talent. I'm really excited with the uncertainty of what may happen.
