The Bills have given defensive line coach Bill Kollar the green light to take a similar position with the Houston Texans, who will enhance Kollar's title by adding he is also the assistant head coach.

That's very true. It's been depressing to watch the playoffs and see guys like Jim Leonhard make big differences. I think the Bills are just a vortex of shit and virtually everything that enters it sucks, whether it's a coach or player.

His offense was 14th when they won the Super Bowl. It was 11th and 3rd the previous 2 years, with arguably less talent.
