Its sort of old, so not if sure if anyone has seen it yet. But this is just more proof on why Jauron and Schonert need to go.
“We were in a position where we were deciding what to do whether to throw or run and then the play clock had gotten down to 15 seconds,” said Edwards. ”And it might have been something with the previous play getting the personnel grouping in and then we decided to run the run play on the first sound and then run the kicking team out.”
So according to Edwards the play had yet to be decided upon when the shut off of the radio device was made at 15 seconds.
Trent ran to the sideline to get the play, but by the time he got it there were 10 seconds on the clock, he ran to the huddle, called the play and just got it off to avoid a delay of game, but the run play left 14 seconds on the clock and after the scrap ensued with the Duke Preston and some Patriots’ players the ball was never re-set at the new line of scrimmage, preventing a field goal attempt.
