I feel this is a signing we're going to love this season. A guy that can play all 4 D-Line positions is something that a lot of successful teams have. In Minnesota with guys like the Williams it was easy to lose him in the shuffle.

I think the Bills D-line depth is a big strength now as a opposed to last season where it was terrible with guys like Tripplett and Jefferson. Now withJohnson Stroud, McCargo,Williams and at the ends Schobel,Kelsay,Denney I think the d-line may be very good.

I really like that they've done to improve the line thus far. McCargo finally came around last year, and stroud and spencer will really help to clog the middle as well.

Stroud alone will make Schobel and Kelsay much better when he eats up 2 linemen. The blitz packages should be very successful. Johnson I feel is like a rich mans Anthony Hargrove. He's versitile and will be key in giving everyone on the line a breather. I'm very excited about him after he was stuck behind the Williams' in Minnesota.

Schobel, despite his utter uselessness, still managed to make his second straight Pro Bowl last season.

The Probowl is ridiculous for more reasons than that.

It stupid for a guys to put 2007-2008 probowl on thier resume when they were only invited because someone else dropping out... yet the person that dropped out is also a "probowler"

By my count there were 16 additional Probowlers this year who were replacements... including Schobel.

Exactly. All "All Star" exhibitions are jokes. I hope these things don't come in to play too heavily in contract negotiations. Being an All-Pro on the other hand is something different, and Schobel is far from that.

I love what the Bills have done with their D Line. They addressed the O Line in free agency last year and that brought about improved play and cohesiveness. I expect the the same results from the D Line moves this year.
