Holmes was my MVP as well, but Harrison probably played the best game ever for a guy not named Super Bowl MVP. Not only did he get the interception and all-time legendary return that proved to be the difference, but he was disruptive all game and made the Zona line's life a living hell.
Gandy still sucks, but Harrison was stellar.

I'm not impressed with official awards. I know who was the best player on offense in the Super Bowl and who was the best in the game. I also know who had the best team in 1968.
He didn't do shit all game? Did you miss the 1st quarter? After 16 minutes, Pittsburgh is leading 10-0 and has a 152-14 yardage lead. Football's more than the last drive in a game.
The best player in the game played for Arizona. Fitzgerald is an animal and is the best WR in the NFL.
Holmes had a number of big plays and more than one had an impressive RA as well. He was not a bad choice, but Ben or Fitz could have won as well. Harrison was a candidate as well, but deserved to kicked in the ass for taking such a moronic penalty like he did.
That penalty didn't hurt. It turned out to be a penalty measured in inches.
It would have been a big one had it been a touchback, though.
Holmes was lucky he didn't get flagged for using the ball as a prop.
