    WR: Naaman Roosevelt, Buffalo

Buffalo was known for its rushing attack thanks to James Starks, but the building process of the Bulls also included a dynamic receiver in Naaman Roosevelt. As a freshman, Roosevelt caught 31 passes for 429 yards and two touchdowns, but it was on a return where he really made his mark. He returned a bulk of kick-offs and punts for the Bulls and became the first player from Buffalo to return a kick-off for a touchdown since 1989. As a sophomore, Roosevelt continued to be a consistent returner, but also turned into the team's best receiving option by catching 63 passes for 766 yards and four scores.

Roosevelt shattered the Bulls' record books in 2008. He caught 104 passes for 1,402 yards and 13 touchdowns -- all single season records at Buffalo. Through 11 games of the 2009 season, Roosevelt's numbers are not quite as impressive (mostly due to a new quarterback and the absence of a balanced attack because of the injury to Starks). However, Roosevelt still has 70 catches for 954 yards and nine touchdowns.

Roosevelt does not have the size to be a number one receiver in the NFL; even listed at 6-0 and 191 pounds might be a little generous. What Roosevelt can be is a great slot receiver who has a ton of speed. A year or two in the weight room will help too, but he should be a decent mid-round selection.

Would be another great slot options in the mid rounds for the Bills, much like Freddie Barnes from Bowling Green. Obviously going to St. Joe's, and playing for UB it would be pretty cool to keep such a good talent local.

meh. he looked mediocre at best at shrine game practice while barnes looked dominant. He'll be lucky to get picked in the 5th round.

    Riser
    WR Freddie Barnes, Bowling Green
With the East quarterbacks lacking great accuracy, Barnes received many chances to show off his ability to catch the ball outside his frame. He extended to snatch a fastball from Fordham's Josh Skelton over the middle, earning affirming nods from scouts watching the play. In contrast to some of the other receivers on the field for the East team, his strong hands and crisp routes were eye-opening to those not familiar with Barnes' game.

    WR Naaman Roosevelt, Buffalo
Though a productive receiver for the Bulls, there's no one part of his game he could hang on hat on this week. Roosevelt did not show explosiveness, crisp routes or solid hands, catching too many passes against his body. He has yet to get an invitation to the Scouting Combine, and his performance this week didn't help his cause.

I'd take him in the late rounds.

Good for him. I was hoping the Bills would take a chance on him.
