6-8 weeks is not "all season". BTW, fuck off.
Chill out, I'm a PSU fan too. I saw 8-10 weeks, which would take him through October. Even if he was able to start as soon as Homecoming, missing that much time (immobile with a broken ankle no less) would render him virtually useless. Now athletes have been able to come back quickly from things like this, but not that often. I'm hoping for the best as well, but keeping a realistic mindset, that we have to act as if he's gone for good, because there's no guarantee what, if anything, he'll be able to contribute to this season.
He might as well sit out for the season. His conditioning won't allow him to play but 2-3 games.
