for users to be able to delete their own posts and threads, obviously only their own. I always hated that I had to get a mod to delete a thread/post of mine.

I think you ca trust a user to be able to delete his or her( I cannot wait for the mad admin pussy to roll in)own thread and post. not allowing them to do it is silly and makes it seem like they cna't be trusted to get rid of their own shitty post.

it isn't like he won't get riducled everywhere for being a pussy, the tyranny of the majority will make his life hell.

My point is this, we are supposed be a site for adults, and some sort of trating people like that. if we are then how can you say you're treated as an adult then not give them the ability to delete a post?

How about a compromise and only allow them to delete posts
