Remove the :o smiley

for a couple of reasons:

1) It doesn't accurately depict what I would expect :o to look like.
2) Whenever someone tries to type :omg:, it comes out with a stupid looking smiley and then mg:. That's dumb.
3) It is taking up a smiley slot that :lordzedd: could just as easily occupy.
