This is going to be the best Madden in years. I'm going to buy the package that includes Madden and NFL Head Coach 09, which is supposedly hugely improved from the first version.

Me? I liked 08 for the 360 and have been eagerly anticipating 09. One of my biggest pet peeves was the generic commentary, and they've replaced it with real guys. While it's not great by any means, it's much better now.
