Sunday's Buffalo News Spotlight cover story features up-and-coming rock band Chylde (pronounced "child"). "This is ferocious, doom-laden, bottom-heavy hard rock," according to News Pop Music Critic Jeff Miers.
We caught up with this hard-working Buffalo rock band at its recent gig at Mohawk Place and got to know the four guys who make up Chylde. See the video embedded below to hear the band's sound and see its live performance.
Chylde plays a free show tonight with the Cult in Lockport as part of the Molson Canal Concert Series. And the band plays Saturday afternoon at Soundlab as part of the venue's annual BBQ.
