I saw it last night and thought it was really funny. If you liked Borat, you'll love Bruno. I really like all of Sacha Baron Cohen's characters. I hope he does an Ali G movie.
It was very vulgar, offensive, and there was a lot of nudity, mostly male, but it was great. There wasn't many times I wasn't laughing. My girlfriend went with me, against her will because she thought it looked stupid, but ended up thinking it was pretty funny.
I would recommend it to others. (aside from BuffaloFan19)

Meeting with a terrorist leader in Palestine and telling him that Osama bin Laden's fashion sense was bad because his beard made him look like a "dirty wizard" or a "homeless Santa Claus."
Wearing the Hasidic Jew halfsie in an Isreali city and being chased out.
Getting naked and trying to sleep with a gun toting redneck in the middle of the night on a camping trip.
There's a ton of shit in this movie that makes you wonder how Cohen is still alive.
